You can change your contact data and payment details directly in myHelvetia.
Any private individual with a valid policy or pension fund contract is welcome to register for the customer portal. Neither corporate customers nor holders of group policies are able to register.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Password forgotten" button. An e-mail containing a code will be sent to your e-mail address. As soon as you have correctly entered this code on the appropriate page, you can set your new password.
In order to log in, you need your e-mail address, your password and the access code (SMS code). The access code will be sent by SMS to your registered mobile phone number. When entering your password, please remember to distinguish between upper and lower case.
If you still have access to the old mobile phone number, you will be able to replace it with the new one under "Profile/Login details" in myHelvetia. If you no longer have access to the old mobile phone number and so cannot log in, please contact our hotline directly at +41 58 280 20 20.

You can revoke the consent you provided when registering at any time with effect for the future by informing Helvetia. Call +41 58 280 10 00 or use the contact form.
You must use a mobile phone in order to register for myHelvetia. This procedure is also called two-factor authentication, because it requires an SMS code in addition to your user name and password. Security is increased, because the code is sent via a separate channel and is only valid for a limited time.
The account can be deleted in myHelvetia under "Profile". In the "Delete account" section, click on the link "Delete my Helvetia account". You will receive an SMS containing a code so that you can confirm the deletion. When this code has been correctly entered, the account will be permanently deleted with immediate effect.
