    Create or log in to your myHelvetia account

    If you already have a myHelvetia account, you can simply log in and switch directly. If not, please register with myHelvetia first.

    Switch to digital dispatch

    In your myHelvetia customer portal, you can switch from postal delivery to digital dispatch under "Profile - digital dispatch".

    Receive documents digitally

    You will now receive all Helvetia documents directly in your customer portal. When new documents are available, you will be notified at the e-mail address used for myHelvetia. Otherwise, everything stays the same.
