Compensation

The salaries of all Internal Service employees comprise a competitive base salary plus variable compensation. A wide variety of benefits as well as our occupational pension scheme round off the overall remuneration package.

Compensation system

At Helvetia, we have a uniform compensation system for our entire Internal Service. Employee compensation is set on the basis of the particular role and corresponding salary grade. This ensures that your compensation is both competitive compared with the market and commensurate with your position.

Helvetia takes part in the regular wage survey conducted by the University of St. Gallen’s Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion and, in 2022, was again awarded the “we pay fair” seal of approval.

Variable compensation

In addition to your basic salary, we also offer variable compensation. Variable compensation comprises two components: Business and Individual. The Business component is determined once a year on the basis of the company’s performance. The Individual component is based on your achievement of the goals set each year and is designed to reward your personal commitment.
