Helvetia is diverse because all of our employees are unique.
Our customers are diverse in terms of age, background, gender identity, marital status and language, so our employees should be, too. Only if this is the case can they understand our customers and provide them with the unique service that they are looking for.
At Helvetia we respect and promote the diversity and uniqueness of our workforce. The different perspectives this produces lead to positive friction and innovative ideas. Respect and trust underpin the way we interact with one another, enabling all employees to achieve their full potential.
We are convinced that cultivating this diversity will make Helvetia a more agile, customer-focused and innovative company and that this will enable us to achieve our objectives.
In order to achieve our goals in the area of diversity, we also work together with external initiatives, associations and institutions which evaluate our actions and give us feedback that helps us to further develop Diversity@helvetia.
For example, we are having the topic of equal pay between men and women analysed and certified externally, and putting ourselves up for comparison with other companies in terms of our actions in the field of diversity.
