Who we are
IT covers a broad range of tasks – from development and operations to aspects of security. We'd love you to get involved and make an active contribution! Working in interdisciplinary teams and agile organizational structures provides constant motivation. Collaboration with the IT departments in the other countries opens up opportunities for exciting experiments.
How we work
We have an agile and constantly evolving work environment with flat hierarchies and innovative methodologies. For example, we are currently working on intelligent analysis tools such as an AI tool based on neural networks. We are also continuing to develop our chatbot for automated customer communications.
As regards technology, we work with SAP, Java, API Management, OpenShift, Microservices and Continuous Delivery. In terms of methodology and structure, we have had good experiences with DevOps, Scrum, Cloud-Native and Jira.
Collaborations and events such as hackathons, brown bag events and meet-ups add variety and offer opportunities to share experiences.
The challenge of the future
All in the name of "Innovation. Agility. Customer Focus.", digitalization is a big topic at Helvetia. Interesting challenges are also promised with the implementation of an electronic content management system and a wealth of other projects.
