Helvetia Investment Foundation is carrying out a capital increase of up to CHF 150 mio. for the Swiss Real Estate investment group. The subscription period runs from February 3rd to the 28th, 2025. This opening is aimed at existing and new investors.

Investment Highlights

The real estate portfolio to be acquired comprises an inventory of over CHF 100 million. These properties will be integrated into the existing portfolio over the next few months.
