The Swiss mortgage market is worth around CHF 1,000 billion. Each year, about CHF 140 billion in new mortgages are concluded (including extensions to expiring mortgages). There is large demand for mortgage loans.

The investment group invests in fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages, which are secured through properties in Switzerland. The investment strategy within the scope of the investment guidelines provides broad diversification in relation to mortgage terms, property locations, types of use, loan-to-value ratios and sustainability criteria. The mortgage loans are granted in Swiss francs.
