Successful stock exchange listing for Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund
As planned, Helvetia Asset Management Ltd listed the Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund on SIX Swiss Exchange on 25 June 2024. The listing was successful and the real estate fund, which consists of a broadly diversified portfolio of properties, has since been open to all investors. As a result of the listing, they will benefit from increased liquidity of their fund units.

The SIX listing included the Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund in the SXI Real Estate Broad and SXI Real Estate Funds Broad (SWIIT) indices. After incorporation into the index, the market price was CHF 109.50 at the end of the third trading day, which corresponds to a total market capitalization of around CHF 890 million.

The Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund was launched in 2020 and invests directly in high-quality real estate with a focus on residential use in large and medium-sized cities and their surrounding urban areas throughout Switzerland. The majority of the portfolio (almost 80%) is invested in residential properties, supplemented by mixed-use and commercial properties. The portfolio strategy centres around optimizing current income, leveraging the potential of existing holdings, actively managing the portfolio and continuously working towards the fund's sustainability objectives. In the long term, Helvetia Asset Management Ltd aims to expand its portfolio and continuously improve the quality of its properties and portfolios – for the benefit of its investors.
