Yes, if you own more than one classic car, you can take out classic car fleet insurance, starting from three vehicles with the same licence plate. All vehicles are then insured on the same policy.

In this case, you can cover your regular car and your classic car with a single policy. It's very straightforward – you fit your everyday car with interchangeable licence plates and always put your number plate on the vehicle you are currently using.

The market value of your classic car is insured. This is determined and confirmed by a vehicle expert.

It can be switched or cancelled in the following cases: 

• On expiry of the contract, taking account of the period of notice
• When there is a change of owner
  
• If your insurance company increases the premium for the next year
• After a claim

To register your classic car with the driver and vehicle licensing office, you will need the following documents:

• A certificate of insurance showing that you have liability insurance. You can order one simply online.
• The previous vehicle registration document.
