A relocation kit contains 10 packing boxes measuring 50 x 35 x 37 cm that can carry up to 40 kg.

All YOUniverse customers who have included our services in their contract can order a relocation kit for free.

You can order one relocation kit per insurance year.

We send the relocation kits weekly on Wednesdays. If we receive your order by Monday evening and if everything goes smoothly, you should receive your boxes before the weekend. We will send you a tracking ID by e-mail, which will enable you to follow the status of your delivery and change the date or address easily.

We deliver the boxes to your home address in Switzerland.
