    Switch to daily valuation

    Since December 2024, we have been valuing all payments and changes on the exact day they are made.

    Previously, changes made during the month were processed using a rounded value date for reasons of transparency. Changes up to and including the 15th day were rounded back to the first of the month, while changes from the 16th day were rounded forward to the first of the following month. Now, the actual change or payment date is always used as the value date to ensure that changes are taken into account from the date they are made.

    The easiest way to obtain an insurance certificate

    Since October 2024, we have generally been making insurance certificates available to persons insured with the Helvetia group foundations in digital form on the myHelvetia customer portal. Anyone using the portal has access to additional benefits.

    General Regulation Provisions 2025 for all group foundations

    As usual, the new General Regulation Provisions will be available to customers and all insured persons on the respective foundation website under Legal documents from January onwards.
