    Elections for the entire board at Helvetia group foundations
    Helvetia LOB Invest Board of Foundation

    The process for the regular election of the entire Board of Foundation for the term of office from 1 January 2026 onwards will start in the second half of 2025. The Board of Foundation will also be extended from the current four members to six members.

    Helvetia Prisma Board of Foundation

    The process for the regular election of the entire employee representation component of the Board of Foundation for the term of office from 1 January 2026 onwards will start in the second half of 2025. The Board of Foundation has one seat for employee representation.

    Training courses for Board of Trustee members
    Consulta conducts regular training courses for Board of Trustee members. Building on each other, these courses impart basic and more specialized knowledge regarding occupational benefits. The members of Boards of Trustees who take part also learn about their rights and obligations, and the latest developments in the regulatory environment.
