    Our commitment
    Our commitment goes beyond words. We integrate the UN Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals into our daily operations, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards. Upholding the Helvetia Code of Conduct and ensuring fair wages are non-negotiable. We use key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor diversity integration across all levels.

    Our achievements so far

    We are proud that we improved our numbers regarding females in leadership. Currently 31% of leadership functions are held by women (2022). This number increased significantly by 11compared against the previous year.

    We are partnering with over 10 locally strong expert associations in the countries on Diversity & Inclusion to improve Gender Equality:

    The Top Employers Institute asses our people practices as excellent. In the area of DE&I we improved from 47,4% (Top Employer 2023) to 76% (Top Employer 2024).
