Make sure the information you provided is correct and complete. Please note that the initial registration link is only valid for 15 minutes. If you have not clicked on the link within this time, you will have to start the registration process again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Reset password now" button. To do so, you must enter your e-mail address and an e-mail with a link is then sent to your e-mail address. As soon as you open the corresponding link in the e-mail you can set a new password.

To log in, you need your e-mail address and your password. When entering your password, please remember to distinguish between upper and lower case. Please also note that the MoneyPark Cockpit and the Helvetia customer portal are two separate platforms and so your login details may differ for each platform. Therefore, please make sure to use your login details for the MoneyPark Cockpit.

You can delete an account permanently and right away in the MoneyPark Cockpit under “My profile” via the “Delete account” button.

The personal details can be changed in the MoneyPark Cockpit under “My details".

The password can be changed in the MoneyPark Cockpit under “My password”.

During registration, it is possible that you may not be able to enter your exact address. This is because the map application we use does not yet contain all existing addresses. If this happens to you, we advise entering a nearby address and then manually moving the pin to the correct position.
